With over 10 years of personal training experience in the Bayside area, Peter is a highly regarded and well sort after trainer with a wealth of expertise in performance enhancement and corrective movement. Since rehabilitating from a threatening back injury years ago, it became Peter’s desire and passion to further enhance his own training and knowledge by completing his Level Two in the internationally recognised Poliquin Training program. Poliquins training methods have since seen Peter work with a vast variety cliental, and his holistic methods have seen him work towards the clients goals, while enabling a much healthier and well-balanced lifestyle. 

Outside of hours spent working on his own corrective strength training, Peter’s hobbies lie in snowboarding and skiing various destinations around the world, long boarding malibu’s and still playing local cricket with his brother.
