Lucy is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 10 years experience in both clinical rehabilitation and elite sport. As part of the Richmond Football Club’s Sports Training department, Lucy focuses on prevention and injury management through promoting rehabilitation, using both exercise and manual treatment. As a current Lecturer in the Exercise Science and Occupational Therapy Departments at the Australian Catholic University, Lucy keeps up to date with recent industry advances whilst encouraging the next wave of exercise prescription specialists to develop their knowledge and skills.

Lucy’s love of sport and work with the Richmond Football Club sees her travel around Australia during the season with the team as well as working with the Carey Grammar First XVIII within the APS competition.

Enjoying ‘social’ sport, Lucy plays netball and enjoys various types of training including strength and Pilates which she integrates into her exercise prescription at Correct.
