Charlie is a University-Qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach with 4 years experience within the health industry. He is currently studying to become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to develop his skills in using exercise for rehabilitation for chronic conditions and develop his knowledge for exercise in a clinical setting.

Charlie loves everything sport and has enjoyed a career spanning 10 years playing cricket for both St. Kilda and Carlton cricket clubs in the Victorian Premier competition. This has given Charlie a distinct interest in developing the bodies of amateur cricketers in their off and preseason training as well as maintaining their body throughout the rigours of the season.

On top of this, Charlie also has a special interest in golf-specific strength and conditioning and has worked with multiple amateur golfers looking to break into the professional circuit.
